Responsibilities: As a "Seller-Doer" based in Adelaide, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s project portfolio and client relationships. Your core duties will include: Leading and managing multidisciplinary renewable energy and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly within the Defence sector, leveraging your technical expertise and local market knowledge. Engaging with key stakeholders—clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal teams—to foster strong partnerships and ensure project alignment with client objectives. Overseeing project compliance with Australian standards, Defence requirements, and environmental regulations, ensuring all deliverables meet or exceed industry best practices. Providing technical oversight, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of innovative project solutions. Managing project documentation, risk assessments, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating remotely with interstate colleagues, drawing on national resources while maintaining autonomy in local project delivery. Skills Required Technical Skills: 8–12 years’ experience in project management, engineering, or consulting within the renewable energy, infrastructure, or Defence sectors. Proven ability to deliver complex projects, ideally with exposure to Defence-related work in South Australia. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and technical standards relevant to renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Experience in business development, tender preparation, and client relationship management. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a talent for building trust and rapport. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, fostering team growth and knowledge transfer. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to overcoming project challenges. Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while effectively collaborating with remote teams.
